Whole Wheat Bread Recipe
Whole Wheat Bread is healthy bread. Try this bread at home.
- Whole wheat flour 2 kg
- Flour 3 cups
- Wheat 2 cups
- Oats 1-1/2 cup
- Yeast 4 tbsp
- Warm water 1/2 liter
- Eggs 4
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 cup
- Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
- Flax seeds 1/2 cup
- Onion seeds 4 tbsp
- Black sesame seeds 1/2 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Mix yeast, sugar and 1 cup water and leave it in warm place until it rises.
- Then mix remaining ingredients except warm water in large bowl and add yeast mixture.
- Then knead with warm water and leave in warm place to rice.
- Then preheat oven to 200 degrees C and divide dough into 2 halves.
- Then grease bread pan with oil and keep dough.
- Then leave dough to rice once more.
- Then bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Then remove pan from oven and cool it completely on wire rack.
- Then store in airtight container.
