Hara Bhara Salad is healthy salad. It is easy salad to make any time. Must try this salad.
Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves 3
- Cucumber slices 1
- Capsicum chopped 1
- Onion slices 2 small
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 1/3 bunch
- Spinach leaves 5
- Spring onion 1
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 pinch
- Oil 3 tbsp
Direction:
- For dressing: Mix garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and onion.
- Then toss remaining ingredients and spread on platter.
- Then pour dressing and serve chilled.
Hara Bhara Salad is prepared with cucumber, capsicum, lettuce leaves, spinach, spring onions, coriander leaves & mint leaves. Toss together, drizzled with lemon juice dressing and served chilled.
