Chicken Cheese Paratha Recipe

Chicken Cheese Paratha is popular paratha in Pakistan. You can make it at home easily.


For Dough:

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Lukewarm water as required

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Cream cheese as required
  • Cheddar cheese as required
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp + for frying


  1. For dough: Mix all ingredients in bowl and knead soft dough with water.
  2. Then cover it with wet cloth and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  3. For filling: Mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chilies and cumin seeds nicely in bowl and make marination.
  4. Then marinate chicken with marination nicely.
  5. Then heat oil in pan and fry chicken until chicken is cooked and water dries.
  6. Then take out dough and divide into small balls.
  7. Then roll all balls into thinly roti.
  8. Then spread cream cheese on one roti and keep fried chicken.
  9. Then sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  10. Then cover with second roti and seal edges nicely.
  11. Prepare all parathay like this.
  12. Then cook parathay in pan with oil.
  13. Then take out in dish, cut in triangle shape and serve with raita.

Chicken Cheese Paratha is delicious and tasty paratha. Dough is prepared with maida, kneaded and rolled in thin roti. Chicken is marinated with yogurt & spices mixture and fried. Then stuffed in roti with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese and cover with second roti. Then fried and serve with raita.
