Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe
Vegetable Fried Rice is tasty rice dish. Try this fried rice for change.
- Rice 1 cup
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 2
- Carrot julienne 1
- Capsicum julienne 1
- Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
- Peas boiled 3/4 cup
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Boil rice with black pepper, salt, bay leaves and 1 tbsp oil.
- Then heat oil in pan, add ginger and garlic and fry it.
- Then add carrot and capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add peas, cabbage, spring onion and green onion and stir fry more for 2 minutes.
- Then add boiled rice and mix it nicely.
- Then add black pepper and salt and simmer it for few minutes.
- Then take out in dish and serve with raita.
Vegetable Fried Rice is prepared with rice and mix vegetables. Rice is boiled with salt and black pepper. Then vegetables are stir fried in oil. The mixed with boiled rice and simmer. Serve with raita.
