Chicken Mayo Roll Recipe

Chicken Mayo Roll is very popular snack street food in Pakistan. You can make it at home easily.

Ingredients:

  • Parathay as required

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • Onions as required

For Mayo Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

Direction:

  1. For filling: Marinate chicken with all ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, all spice powder, cumin and red chili powder for 30 minutes.
  2. Then heat oil in pan and fry chicken on high flame.
  3. Then give smoke of coal.
  4. Then spread mayo sauce on parathay and keep chicken and onion.
  5. Then fold it and serve with chutney.
  6. For mayo sauce: Mix all ingredients nicely.

Chicken Mayo Roll is delicious roll. Chicken is marinated with yogurt and spices. Then fried and given smoke of coal. Then filled in parathay with mayo sauce & onion and folded. Serve with chutney.
