  • Madam Shireen.....I love your show,you make it look so easy to cook any tuff recipe...I have read, heard from top chefs that you are not suppose to bang the cake tin with the cake dough in it, coz the cake does not rise properly, the beaten egg just sinks in.....you have to even the dough with the spatula, I saw you doing it in this video ...sorry if em wrong, you are a fantastic cook...Mashallah
