Ingredients for Coffee Crunch Ice Cream: 
Milk 2 liters 
Sugar 250 gram 
Salt 250 gram 
Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup 
Vanilla essence few drops 
Stabilize powder 2 tbsp 
Ice as required 
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp 
Coffee powder 1/2 tbsp  
For Crunch: 
Method: 
Firstly, heat milk, add sugar and cook nicely. 
When sugar dissolves, add stabilize powder and cook more. Together add cocoa powder & coffee powder and mix nicely. 
Then close stove and chill it. 
When chilled, add vanilla essence & fresh cream and keep aside. 
Fill ice cream machine with some salt & some ice on four side until full. 
Now put milk mixture in ice cream machine, close and keep machine on for 30 minutes. 
Now put milk mixture in container and keep in freezer. 
When freezed, take out and sprinkle crunch. 
For crunch: In one pan, cook sugar until it melts. Then put in greased pan and leave for freeze. 
When freeze, pommel it.  
Ingredients for Tali Machli: 
Fish fillet 1/2 kg 
Green chillies 3-4 
Oil 1/4 cup 
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp 
Dry mango powder 1 tsp 
Coriander seeds 1 tsp 
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp 
Turmeric 1/2 tsp 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 
Lemon juice 2 tbsp 
Gram flour 2-3 tbsp 
Salt to taste  
Method: 
Firstly, cut fish into pieces and keep in one bowl. 
Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric & lemon juice and marinate nicely. 
Now add salt, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, crushed red pepper, chilli powder & dry mango powder and mix nicely. 
Then add gram flour, green chillies & coriander leaves and mix it. 
Heat oil in one pan and shallow fry fish. Spicy tali machli is ready.  
Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Masala: 
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg 
Onion ground 1 
Green chillies ground 2 
Tomatoes ground 2 
Fresh cream 1/4 cup 
Cinnamon 3 inch piece 
Crushed cumin 1 tsp 
Chilli powder 1 tsp 
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp 
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
Butter 1 tbsp 
Oil 2 tbsp 
Turmeric 1/4 tsp 
Tomato paste 2 tbsp 
Salt to taste  
Method: 
Firstly, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste & chicken and roast until golden. 
Then add onion & tomato and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. 
Then add cinnamon, turmeric, crushed red pepper, chilli powder, crushed cumin, salt & tomato paste, cover it and cook on simmer. 
After 4 to 5 minutes, remove cover, add fresh cream & green chillies ground and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. 
Lastly, add butter, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
