Ingredients for Suji Ka Jama Hua Halwa:

  • Eggs 2
  • Semolina 2 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1-3/4 cup
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 4 tbsp


  1. Heat ghee, add semolina and coconut and roast it well.
  2. Beat egg and caster sugar in one bowl.
  3. Now put egg and sugar mixture in semolina and roast it on low flame. Then add almonds, pistachio and raisins.
  4. Grease pan and put hot hot mixture.
  5. When chilled, cut into pieces and serve.

Ingredients for Chanay Ki Daal Ka Halwa:

  • Khoya 250 gram
  • Ghee 250 gram
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Chana daal 1/2 kg
  • Caster sugar 1/2 kg
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Almond 4 tbsp
  • Pistachio 4 tbsp
  • Silver paper as required
  • Cardamom as required


  1. Soak chana daal in water for 1 hour.
  2. Now wash well and boil in milk until tender.
  3. When milk dries, chill it and grind in chopper.
  4. Heat ghee, put cardamom and roast daal on low flame until fragrance comes.
  5. Then add sugar and roast until halwa leaves ghee.
  6. Lastly, add cardamom powder and khoya and roast it.
  7. Spread halwa on tray. Put pistachio, almonds and silver paper on top and cut into pieces.
  8. Chanay ki daal ka halwa is ready.
