Ingredients for Mango Jam:

  • Mango 1 kg
  • Sugar 750 gram
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Peel mango and cut into pieces. Then add sugar and lemon juice and cook it.
  2. When comes into shape of jam, put in sterilizer bottle and set it.

Ingredients for Mango Pavlova:

  • Egg whites 3
  • Cream of tartar 1 pinch
  • Caster sugar 6 oz
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Corn flour 1 tsp

For Filling:

  • Cream 2 packet
  • Mango 1 kg
  • Chocolate sauce as required

Method:

  1. Add salt and cream of tartar in egg whites.
  2. When stuffed, add some some sugar in it and beat it until all sugar is used.
  3. Then add corn flour and mix it.
  4. Keep batter paper on top of baking tray, grease it and mark 8 inch round circle.
  5. Now spread the mixture and bake on 125 degrees C for 60 to 90 minutes until light crispy. Take out and cool it.
  6. Beat cream with icing sugar and put on baked pavlova.
  7. Lastly, keep mango pieces and spread chocolate sauce. Serve cool.

Ingredients for Mango Squash:

  • Sindhri mango 3 kg
  • Sugar 2 kg
  • Critic acid 2 tbsp
  • Meta bi sulphate 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash mango, peel it and cut it. Then blend well.
  2. Now add 1 liter mineral water in this mixture, mix it and add sugar.
  3. Mix critic acid, meta bi sulphate and mix in mango mixture well.
  4. Then strain mixture with malmal cloth and put in sterilizer bottle.
  5. Shake ever day and use after 15 days.
