Ingredients for Lauki Ki Kalakand:

  • Lauki 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color as required
  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Chopped pistachio 3 tbsp
  • Silver paper

Ingredients for Crispy Potato Chaat:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Chickpeas 1 tin
  • yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Khatti methi chutney 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chillies 4-6
