Ingredients for Kaleji Keema:

  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Mutton liver 300 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 3-4
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Mix spices powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilli as required
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp

Ingredients for Seviyan Ka Zarda:

  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Sugar 1.25 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom 3-4
  • Kewra few drops
  • Khoya 3/4 cup
  • Yellow color as required
  • Almond, Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Silver paper 1
