Chapli Kebab, Kaleji Masala And Spinach Pasta by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Chapli Kebab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 5
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • White butter 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put flour, chopped coriander, mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and salt in beef mince and mix it.
  2. Then add tomato, onion, green chili and chopped green coriander.
  3. After that, add egg, butter and chopped garlic and mix them nicely.
  4. Then make big kababs of mixture and and fry on open tawa on low flame.

Ingredients for Kaleji Masala:

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 125 grams
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Ground cumin 1 tbsp
  • All spices powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut mutton liver into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in pan and do onion brown.
  3. When onion becomes brown and roast ginger garlic nicely.
  4. Then add liver, onion, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
  5. Together add yogurt and roast on high flame.
  6. When water dries, then kaleji masala is ready.

Ingredients for Spinach Pasta:

  • Spinach pasta 1 bunch
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 packet
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Garlic 6-8 cloves
  • Kolson spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Cream cheese 3-4 tbsp
  • Iceberg 1/2 flower

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut chicken breast into Juline.
  2. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry garlic cloves.
  3. When garlic becomes golden, add chicken in it. When chicken is cooked well, add chopped spinach, oregano, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, salt and packet spaghetti.
  4. Now cook it well, when spinach becomes soft and all things is cooked well, then put cheddar cheese, cream cheese and iceberg in end and serve.
