Ingredients for Kachi Chicken Ki Biryani:

  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Curry leaves 15-20
  • Eggs 4

Ingredients for Tamatar Ka Cut:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Sela rice 750 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Fried onion 3/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies, mint as required
  • Lemon juice as required
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Kewra few drops
  • Yellow color as required
  • Raita, Salad for serving
