Ingredients for Thai Prawn Rice:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Chopped garlic  2 tbsp
  • Green onion  2-3 sticks
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce  1-2 tbsp
  • Red curry paste  1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce  1 tbsp
  • Basil  1 pinch
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  5-6
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green onion  to garnish

Ingredients for Tum Yum Soup:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Onion  1
  • Goringa  1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tomatoes  3
  • Lemon glass  3
  • Chicken cubes  2-3
  • Green chilies  8-10
  • Mushrooms  1 cup
  • Chineese salt  1 tsp
  • Tum yum paste  2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce  3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  3 tbsp
  • Green coriander  to garnish
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients for Bangkok Prawn Salad:

For Prawns:

  • Prawns  200 gm
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves  
  • Salt  to taste

For Dressing:

  • Fish sauce  2-3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  5-6
  • Garlic  8-10
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry  1 tsp

For Salad:

  • Green onion  2-3 sticks
  • Green coriander  2 tbsp
  • Thai red chili  2-3
