Ingredients for Lahori Desi Karahi:

  • Desi chicken  700 gm
  • Clarified butter  1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes  4-5
  • Green chilies  5-6
  • Green chilies  5-6
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves  1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste  2-3 tbsp
  • Butter  2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger  to garnish
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients for Ghobi Ka Paratha:

  • Flour  1/2 kg
  • Clarified butter  as required
  • Salt  to taste

For Filling:

  • Boiled cauliflower  1
  • Green coriander  4-5
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped cumin  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients for Sarson Ka Achar:

  • Mustard oil  2 cups
  • Vinegar  2 cups
  • Green chilies  20
  • Carrots  2-3
  • Lemons  4-5
  • Garlic  20 cloves
  • Cauliflower  100 gm
  • Onion seeds  1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds   1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
