Ingredients for Mughlai Korma:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Green chilli paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper 1/4 cup
  • Almond Paste 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Clove 4
  • Cardamom 6
  • Cinnamon 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk 3 tsp

Ingredients for Murgh Musaliam:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Egg 2
  • Almond 12-15
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Raisins 1 cup
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice for serving

For Chicken Keema:

  • Mince 1-1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Mix spices 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
