Ingredients for Bakar Khani Roti:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds as required
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Egg beaten 1

Ingredients for Murgh Musallam:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • ghee 1 cup
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger 2 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Cloves 6
  • Cardamom 6
  • Brown onion 2
  • Raisin 25 gm
  • Almond 25 gm
  • Onion ground 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Boil egg 1
  • Red chilli 2 tsp
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Kewra 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Bihari Special Kheer:

  • Milk 2 liter
  • Yellow lentil 50 hm
  • Rice 50 gm
  • Potato 1
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Kewra few drops
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Almond 50 gm
  • Pistachio 50 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom ground 1 tsp
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
