Ingredients For Moong Dal Puri Chat:

  • Bhel puri  12
  • Moong dal nimco 1 packet
  • Boiled potatoes 3
  • Onions  2
  • Tamarind paste  1 cup
  • Lemons  2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chaat masala  as required
  • Aloo bukhara chutney  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Pasanday Korma:

  • Beef pasanday  1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya paste  1/2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Red degi chilies  4
  • Coriander seeds  2 tbsp
  • All spice powder
  • Oil/ Clarified butter

To Simmer:

  • Small cardamom  4
  • Almonds   6
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Black cumin  1 tsp

Ingredients For Dhaba Burger:

  • Buns  4
  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Boiled potatoes  2
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Cornflour  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Tamarind paste  1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Butter  1 packet
  • Mayonnaise  2 tbsp
  • Hot fresh milk  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  4
  • Sonth  1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
