Ingredients For Custard Shahi Turkay:   
  
Bread slices 6    
Sugar  1 cup   
Vanilla custard 2 tbsp   
Fresh milk 1/2 liter   
Condensed milk 1 tin   
Chopped pistachio 20   
Chopped almonds  20   
Yellow food color 1 pinch   
Oil  as required      
Method:   
  
Make 4 pieces of bread.   
Pour oil in a pan, make them golden brown.   
Then pour milk, sugar, pinch of yellow color.   
When the sugar is saturated then add milk, rafhan vanilla custard powder in a ready milk make it thick.   
After that put it out in a serving dish, spread it and pour ready milk.   
Along chopped almonds, chopped pistachio.   
In the end add condensed milk. spread it.   
Along chopped almond, silver paper and then decorate it for serving.      
Ingredients For Kali Mirch Dum Gosht:   
  
Beef undercut 1/2 kg   
Yogurt 1 cup   
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp   
Green chilies 8   
Lemons 3   
Black pepper 1 tbsp   
Salt to taste   
Onion 2   
Oil  1 cup    
Method:   
  
Make small pieces of beef undercut.   
Now pour oil, add chopped onions make it brown.   
Then add pieces, salt, chopped ginger garlic paste.   
When the mutton water dries roast it well, add yogurt, chopped green chilies.   
When the yogurt water dries then add chopped black pepper, lemon juice simmer it for 5 minutes.   
Delicious kali mirch dum gosht is ready.    
Ingredients For Paneer Corn Sabzi:   
  
Cottage cheese 2 packets   
Sweet corn  2 tin   
Lemons 2   
Red pepper 1 tbsp   
Butter 1 tsp   
Black pepper 1 tsp   
Salt to taste   
Crushed cumin 1 tsp   
Sugar  1 tsp   
Green chilies  6    
Method:   
  
First pour butter, sweet corn, fry it lightly.   
Now add salt, lemon juice, chopped red chilies, sugar roast it well.   
Now pour oil, cottage cheese cubes, fry it lightly, put it into corns.   
After that add chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper, chopped and roasted cumin, simmer it for 5 minutes.
