Ingredients For Special Bihari Kheer:   
  
Milk  1 1/2 kg   
Yellow lentil 1/4 cup   
Rice  1/4 cup   
Potato  1 small   
Saffron  1/4 tsp   
Kewra water 1 tsp   
Condensed milk  1 tin   
Almonds  1/4 cup   
Pistachio 1/4 cup   
Sugar  1/2 cup   
Green cardamom  1/2 tsp    
Method:   
  
First add rice, yellow lentil, pour water boil it, until it tenders.   
Now add chopped and mashed potato, make mixture of lentil and rice in grinder.   
After that, pour milk, add grinded masala.   
After this stir it continuously for 30 minutes.   
Now add sugar, cook it for 10 minutes.   
Then add condensed milk, until the kheer becomes thick.   
Now add chopped almonds, pistachio, saffron, kewra.   
In the end cool it and then serve.      
Ingredients For Bihari Korma:   
  
Chicken  1 kg or 12 pieces   
Yogurt  1-1/2 cup   
Onion brown  1/2 cup   
Coriander powder 2 tsp   
Chili powder 2 tsp   
Green cardamom 1/2 tsp   
Mace grinded  1/4 tsp   
Nutmeg grinded  1/4 tsp   
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp   
Salt  1-1/2 tsp   
Whole spices 1 tbsp   
All spice  1/2 tsp   
Oil  3/4 cup   
Saffron 1/4 tsp   
Kewra water 1 tsp   
Onion  1    
Method:   
  
First pour oil, add onion, chopped ginger garlic paste, chopped garam masala, salt, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, fry it well.   
Now pour some water.   
After that add yogurt, pour water, cover and let it cook, until the gravy becomes thick.   
In the end add chopped green cardamom, chopped nutmeg mace, chopped mace, fried and chopped onions.   
Along saffron, kewra, simmer it well.   
In the end serve it with paratha.      
Ingredients For Lajawab Bhindi:   
  
Bhindi 1/2 kg   
White cumin seeds 1 tsp   
Yogurt  2 tbsp   
Salt  1 tsp   
Chili powder 1 tsp   
Turmeric  1/2 tsp   
Khatai powder  1/4 tsp   
Crushed coriander  1 tsp   
Crushed cumin 1 tsp   
Tomatoes 2   
Oil  1/4 cup    
Method:   
  
First fry the lady finger 5 minutes and keep it on a side.   
Now pour oil, add cumin, blended tomato, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, fry it well, until the oil starts to comes up.   
Then pour yogurt, fried lady finger cover and simmer it for 5 minutes.
