Ingredients For Kathiwari Cholay:

  • Desi chanay  250 gm
  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp
  • Water  6 to 8 cup
  • Bread slices  2 large
  • Imli pulp  1/2 cup
  • Chat masala  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 to 3 tbsp

Ingredients For Aam Kay Gulgulay:

  • Wheat flour  1 1/2 cup
  • Mango puree  1 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Sugar  3/4 cup
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Water  to make batter
  • Ghee  for frying
  • Soda by card  1/2 tsp

Ingredients For Gulab Ki Lassi:

  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Nauras  2 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ice  1 cup
  • Sugar  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Harira:

  • Milk  2 cup
  • Chopped pistachio  1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • Chopped grinded  1/2 tsp
  • Ghee  1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
