Ingredients For Anda Ghotala:

  • Chopped onion  2
  • Chopped Tomatoes  2
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Eggs  8
  • Chopped coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add egg, salt and turmeric beat it well.
  2. Now pour oil add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes roast it well.
  3. Then add chopped red chilies.
  4. After that pour oil in a pan add egg for frying and stir it.
  5. When it is totally breaks then add tomatoes and onions for roasting.
  6. When the oil separates then add green coriander and serve it hot.
  7. Serve it with chapatti or paratha.

Ingredients For Chatpata Bihari Paratha Roll:

  • Beef  250 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion  1
  • Parathay  4
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Poppy seed powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Maze  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard oil  2 tbsp
  • Coal  1 piece

For Chutney:

  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Whole red chilies  6
  • Garlic cloves  1/2 bunch
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 tsp
  • Jaggery  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Carom seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Dry ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First make small pieces of beef then add yogurt, onion, mint, papaya, chopped red chilies, chopped poppy seeds, chopped cumin, ginger garlic paste, nutmeg mace, salt chopped garam masala and olive oil leave it for a whole night in fridge, then put that pieces in a pan and cook it on low temperature.
  2. When it is tendered then turn off the stove give the steam of coal.

For Making Chutney:

  1. Take a pan, add cumin, nutmeg mace, sonth, red chili for roasting.
  2. Then add tamarind juice, garlic cloves, green coriander, mint, jaggery and salt in a blender.
  3. After that put the beef pieces on paratha  pour chatni, round onions and mint then roll it and serve.
