Ingredients For Kacha Chicken Pulao:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Onions  250 gm
  • Chicken  750 gm
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Star anise  6
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya  2 tbsp
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First marinate the chicken with papaya, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, salt, chopped coriander, turmeric and chopped garam masala leave it for half an hour.
  2. Now pour oil add onions make them golden brown, add chicken cover and let it cook.
  3. Add star anise, fennel and whole coriander coat it nicely.
  4. Now add green chilies. Then add boiled rice spread it and pour milk simmer it for 20 minutes.
  5. In the end turn off the stove then mix it.

Ingredients For Creamy Yogurt Dessert:

  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Milk  2 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Biscuits  2 cup
  • Pineapple  1 tin
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Ice  as required

Method:

  1. Pour milk add sugar cook it well.
  2. Now add yogurt, condensed milk and few drops of vanilla essence mix it well.
  3. Then add biscuits, now add yogurt mixture, pineapple pieces and vanilla essence cream then serve.
