Ingredients For Tikka Style Drumsticks:

  • Drumsticks  6
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Tara garam masala  2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/8 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Cucumber  for garnish
  • Tomato  for garnish
  • Onion  for garnish

Method:

  1. First give cuts to the drumstick, now take a bowl add lemon juice, salt, chopped red chilies, crushed red chili, tara garam masala and ginger garlic paste mix it well.
  2. Then marinate the chicken drumstick.
  3. Now cook it into pan.
  4. When they are fried then remove it from stove.
  5. Dish out it and add cucumber, tomatoes and onions slices for garnishing then serve.
