Ingredients For Lahori Beef Handi:

  • Boiled beef  1 kg
  • Yogurt lassi 1/2 liter
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Onion 4
  • Red chili powder  1/2 -1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves  2
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  6
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp

Ingredients For Murgh Chana Daal Palak:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Boiled spinach 1 kg
  • Boiled gram lentil 250 gm
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chili  1 tsp
