Ingredients For Roash:
Mutton 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Black pepper 8-10
Black cardamom 3
Cumin seeds gourd 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt to taste Method:
First wash the mutton pieces, then add ginger garlic paste, chopped white cumin, turmeric, salt, water cook it until the mutton tenders, dry its water.
Now pour oil add cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, big cardamom, make it crispy cover and let it cook.
Cover it for 2 to 3 minutes take it out in a dish. Ingredient For Gur Papri:
Whole wheat flour 1/2 kg
Jaggery 375 gm
Almond chopped 25 gm
Pistachio chopped 25 gm
Coconut grated 100 gm
Makhaany 50 gm
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Gond 50 gm
Nutmeg ground 1/4 tsp
Melon seeds 50 gm
Ghee 375 gm
Water as required Method:
First roast the red flour with ghee.
When it is nicely roasted then remove it from stove.
When the syrup becomes thick then add roasted flour, chopped almonds, pistachio, coconut, makhaany, chopped cardamom, goond, chopped nutmeg mace and melon seeds take it out in a tray.
After that cut them into square and freeze them.
Then serve it. Ingredients For Apple Orange Rice:
Red apple 2
Rice 300 gm
Parsley 2 tbsp
Spring onion 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Garlic 2 cloves Method:
First boil the rice.
Now coat the parsley and green onion.
Take a bowl add beaten egg.
Now peel the skin of orange and add small pieces of red apple.
Then pour oil add chopped garlic cloves.
After that add beaten cream roast it.
Then add green onions, parsley and apple cook it for 1 to 2 minutes and boiled the rice.
Now add salt, orange mix it and keep it temperature high, add egg, rice, vegetables are mixed well.
Delicious orange rice is ready.
