  • I tried peri peri chicken, peri peri fries, coleslaw and peri peri rice last night for dinner. It came out very nice and dinner was a big hit. I made a few changes though, I used boneless chicken legs quarts( skin on) and for sauce I used fresh Thai red chillies and red long banana chillies instead of the dry ones. Also I broiled the chicken for five minutes on each side to give it a charred BBQ look then reduced to temperature to 350 Celsius for 20 minute and then reduce it further to 250 Celsius for another 20 minute. The result was a very succulent, tender and juicy chicken. Do give it a try everyone!

  • I notice some people on this website give sara riaz and shirin anwar recipes just 1 star. why are people hating these 2 great chefs. Instead of hating them, we should be grateful to them that they are sharing their expertise. Each cooking class by sara riaz and shrin anwar costs 800 - 1000 rupees. try and become something urself instead of drowning in jealousy.
