Beef With Peppers by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Undercut thinly sliced 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Mushrooms 4 sliced
  • Carrots 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate undercut with salt, white pepper, soya sauce, egg white and corn flour for 15 minutes. Now deep fry it and take it out.
  2. Heat oil and fry crushed garlic until light golden.
  3. Now put chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, mushrooms slices and chopped carrot and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add soya sauce, oyster sauce, salt and white pepper with meat. Together put stock and cook until it boils.
  5. In end, add corn flour paste and make gravy thick.
