Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Gram Flour Mixture:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Shred chicken fillet lightly, put yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt and boil it lightly.
  2. Mix egg, salt, yogurt and green chilies in gram flour, put 1 glass lukewarm water and make thick mixture.
  3. Then dip boiled chicken fillet by one by in gram flour nicely, heat oil as required and deep fry it.
  4. When golden brown, then put in one pot and spread it.
  5. After that, put tamarind paste, cumin powder and black pepper on top and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In end, add finely chopped green coriander and serve.
