Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Onion paste 2
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

For Serving:

  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Onion as required
  • Tomato as required
  • Cucumber as required

Method:

  1. Put onion paste, crushed black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, egg and lemon juice in one bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now paste on whole chicken and leave for 2 hours.
  3. Then put chicken in pot, cover it, cook on low flame and turn its side after 10 minutes.
  4. When chicken is tendered well, put ghee and roast it.
  5. In end, take out in dish and serve with lettuce leaves, onion, tomato and cucumber.
