					Ingredients:
- Potato 1
- Eggplant 1
- Zucchini 1
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Tempura flour 1 packet
- Egg 1
- Oil  for frying
- Cold water 1 cup
 
Method:
- First, cut all vegetables.
- Add tempura flour packet, cold water and an egg in a bowl and mix well to prepare batter.
- Coat all the cut vegetables in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
