Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Samosa wraps 2 cups
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice, all spice powder and brown sugar in chicken and keep it for overnight.
  2. Now keep it in chalni so that it water drains out.
  3. Then beat eggs and coat it.
  4. In end, coat in samosa wraps and fry it.
