					Ingredients:
For Chaat:
- Red kidney beans 1 cup
 
- Chickpeas 1 cup
 
- Chowli beans 1 cup
 
- Green beans 1 cup
 
- Potatoes 1 cup
 
- Onions 1/2 cup
 
- Tomatoes 1/2 cup
 
- Cucumbers 1/2 cup
 
For Dressing:
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
 
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
 
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
 
- Salt to taste
 
- Pepper to taste
 
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
 
Method:
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, pepper, chopped coriander to make a dressing.
 
- Mix kidney beans, chickpeas, chowli beans and green beans into dressing.
 
- Then add chopped potatoes, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber.
 
- Mix it well and let soak dressing in fridge for approx 1 hour.
