Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Green onions 2
  • Potatoes 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Peeled peas 1 cup
  • Chopped green beans 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Fenugreek seeds 6
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Roasted coriander 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat gram flour and yogurt.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric and 4 cups water, roast in pot and boil it.
  3. Also spread oil or ghee on sides of pot so that kadhi does not comes out.
  4. Then put curry leaves, green chilies and white vinegar at time of boiling and when it boils, add salt.
  5. Also stir it with wooden spoon.
  6. Then put chopped green coriander, chopped carrots, green onions, peeled peas, green beans, potatoes and cauliflower and cook on low flame.
  7. When all vegetables tender, sabziyon ki kadhi is ready.
  8. For bhagar: Heat oil in pan and put all ingredients, do it black and add in kadhi.
  9. Serve sabziyon ki kadhi with plain rice.
