Peri Peri Chicken Fried Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Capsicum 2
  • Carrots 2
  • Green onions 250 gm
  • Green chilies 4
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put ginger garlic.
  2. Now put chicken and cook on high flame.
  3. When chicken tender, put black pepper, salt, capsicum, carrot, green onion, green chilies and cabbage and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Then add rice.
  5. Then mix soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, peri peri sauce, vinegar and oil in separate pan, put on rice and serve.
