Chocolate Fudge Cake And Chocolate Brownie by Chef Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients for sponge:

  • Eggs - 15
  • Sugar - 1/2 kg
  • Flour - 400 gms
  • Cocoa Powder - 100 gms
  • Oil - 100 gms (1/2 cup)
  • Chocolate - 250 gms
  • Cream - 250 gms

Method:

  1. Beat eggs and butter till it becomes a foam.
  2. Now add flour and cocoa powder and fold.
  3. Add oil and mix.
  4. Pour the mixture in a greased mould, put in oven for half an hour at 180c.
  5. Take it out from the oven and cool it.
  6. For making fudge, boil cream, add chocolate and mix till it shines.
  7. Cut cake into slices, then cover it with fudge on all the four sides.
  8. Garnish with chocolate sticks on top and serve.
