Crab Meat Stuff Sole by Chef Rabia


  • Crab 100 gram
  • Asparagus 1/2 kg
  • Mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Capsicum (cubes) 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Parsley 1/2 tbsp
  • Sole fish 4 flay
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 clove
  • Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumb 2 tbsp


  1. Boil asparagus and add salt in water for seasoning.
  2. In a bowl mix crab meat, mayonnaise, yellow capsicum, salt, black pepper and parsley.
  3. Cut sole fish into filet. Now add crabmeat and roll it.
  4. Cover baking dish with foil and grease it with oil.
  5. Put fish on the baking tray and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  6. Cover baking dish with baking paper and then with foil and bake for 20 min.
  7. In frying pan add olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper and fry until it turn into light brown.
  8. Serve fish with asparagus and sprinkle bread crumb on it. Ready to serve.
