Crab Meat Stuff Sole by Chef Rabia
- Crab 100 gram
- Asparagus 1/2 kg
- Mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp
- Capsicum (cubes) 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
- Parsley 1/2 tbsp
- Sole fish 4 flay
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 clove
- Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumb 2 tbsp
- Boil asparagus and add salt in water for seasoning.
- In a bowl mix crab meat, mayonnaise, yellow capsicum, salt, black pepper and parsley.
- Cut sole fish into filet. Now add crabmeat and roll it.
- Cover baking dish with foil and grease it with oil.
- Put fish on the baking tray and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Cover baking dish with baking paper and then with foil and bake for 20 min.
- In frying pan add olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper and fry until it turn into light brown.
- Serve fish with asparagus and sprinkle bread crumb on it. Ready to serve.
