Seafood Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Large elbow boiled 1 packet
  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage chopped 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, green chilies and prawn and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add 1/2 cup water and cook it.
  4. When prawns tender and put elbow and mix it.
  5. Then add green onion, cabbage, soya sauce, chili sauce and capsicum, mix it and close stove.
