Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken (with skin) 1
  • Garlic paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 pinch
  • Thyme 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Green Paste:

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salad leaves 3-4

Method:

  1. For green paste: Add all ingredients and water as required in blender and make green paste.
  2. Put garlic paste, red chili paste, black pepper, oil, lemon juice, salt and green paste in mixing bowl and make batter.
  3. Now marinate chicken with batter for 30 minutes.
  4. Then steam in steamer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Then bake chicken in preheated oven on 200 degrees C until color comes.
  6. Then take out in dish and serve with tomato, cucumber and salad leaves.

Baked & Steamed Green Chicken is Tasty & Spicy Dish. It is prepared with Chicken, marinated with Green Paste & Black Pepper and served with Salad, Bun, Naan, Paratha & Raita.
