Mongolian Beef by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1 kg
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • French beans 1 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green onion 2
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut beef into lengthwise, fry in oil and take it out.
  2. Now fry mushroom, beans, carrot, onion and green onion in remaining oil and take it out.
  3. Then put ginger garlic, fry it slightly and add stock.
  4. Now put soya sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, salt, black pepper and oyster sauce.
  5. Then put fried beef and vegetables.
  6. When it boils, dissolve corn flour in little water and add it.
  7. Mongolian beef is ready.

Mongolian Beef is Mongolian Cuisine. This dish is served in Chinese & American Restaurants and served with Steam Rice.
