Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Boiled macaroni 1 packet
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Ginger 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green onions 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepepr 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chicken on high flame.
  2. Now cut capsicum, green onion and cabbage in lengthwise.
  3. Then also cur ginger, garlic and green chilies in lengthwise.
  4. When water of chicken dries, add chopped vegetables and cook on high flame for 1 minute.Then put black pepper, salt, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and red chili powder, mix it nicely and close stove.
  5. Then take out in dish, mix boiled macaroni, put cheddar cheese and serve.
