					Ingredients:
- Whole black lentil 250 gm
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato 1
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 6
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
 
Method:
- Heat oil, put ginger garlic and fry it.
- When aroma comes, put tomato paste, red chili, turmeric and salt and roast it.
- Then put black lentil.
- Put capsicum, tomato, onion, green chilies, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard paste and salt in other pan, mix it and spread on daal.
- Then put coriander leaves and simmer it for 10 minutes.
