Ingredients:

  • White fish 500 gm
  • Spring onion 2-3
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1-2
  • Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon peel 2 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Cut fish into chunks, put in food processor, add remaining ingredients except oil, grind it and make kabab of this mixture.
  2. Then heat oil in pan, fry kabab on both sides for 6-8 and serve hot.

Machli Ky Kabab is delicious kabab. The flavors are amazing. Try this different variety of kabab and serve with sauce or chutney.
