Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients:

  • Apples 2
  • Oranges 2
  • Pineapple 1 can
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all fruits in blender and make smooth paste.
  2. Add mixture and sugar in pan, cook on medium flame and stir it.
  3. When it boils, low flame, thick mixture, add lemon juice and mix it nicely.
  4. Now cook for 30 minutes, stir it and keep in jar.

Mixed Fruit Jam is wonderful jam. It is served in breakfast with bread. You can try it with your own recipe.
