Juicy Beef Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Undercut beef 1/2 kg
  • Boiled noodles 1 packet
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Capsicum 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1

Method:

  1. Cut beef into long thin stripes, marinate with  garlic, black pepper, vinegar, mustard paste, oil and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put marinated beef in pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. When meat tender, dry water and close stove.
  4. For sauce: Put stock in pot.
  5. Then add soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.
  6. When it boils, put boiled noodles and close stove.
  7. Then put capsicum, onion and tomato.
  8. Now take out beef stripes in platter, put sauce on top and serve.
