Fajita Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken julienne 300 gm
  • Capsicum julienne 1
  • Onion julienne 1
  • Tomatoes julienne 2
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Sour cream 2 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Now drain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat 4 tbsp oil in other frying pan, put garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Then put chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Now add corn flour paste and stir it.
  6. Then add capsicum, onion, sour cream, cumin, garlic paste, red chilies, vinegar and salt and fry for 1 minute.
  7. Now put tomatoes, toss all ingredients with spaghetti and serve hot.
