Chicken Aur Paneer Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Bread slices 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste in frying pan and dry water of chicken.
  2. Then chop it with bread slices in chopper.
  3. Now put in bowl, mix green chilies, black pepper, red chilies, cumin and cheese nicely and make small balls.
  4. Then coat with corn flour and dip in eggs.
  5. Now heat oil in wok, deep fry balls until golden brown, take it out and serve with tomato ketchup.

Chicken Aur Paneer Dumplings is delicious dish. It is prepared with chicken & cottage cheese, coated with corn flour and deep fried. Serve it with sauce, ketchup or dip. You must try.
