For Stuffing:

  • Radish (Mooli) 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

For Dough:

  • Flour 4 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Carom 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry


  1. Wash radish, peel it and grate it.
  2. Then put radish and salt in big bowl, mix it nicely and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Nod drain water of radish after every 5 minutes and put in bowl.
  4. Then cut onion, green chilies and coriander leaves, mix with radish and add remaining ingredients.
  5. Then put flour, salt, oil, carom and onion seeds in water, add little water and make dough.
  6. Stuff dough with radish mixture and roll it flat nicely.
  7. Then heat tawa, cook parathay on medium flame until golden brown and serve hot.

Mooli Ky Parathay is tasty parathay. It is common dish in Pakistan. Dough is stuffed with radish mixture and cooked on tawa. Served with raita.
