Ingredients:

For Meat Balls:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely crushed garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Chinese soya sauce as required
  • White vinegar as required
  • Brown sugar as required
  • Salt as required
  • BBQ sticks as required
  • Green onion as required
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Lemon as required

Method:

  1. For meat balls: Put all ingredients except oil in chopper, mix it and make paste.
  2. Now make balls of mixture, skew on BBQ sticks and close edges with green onion.
  3. Then steam it and keep it aside.
  4. For sauce: Put soya sauce, brown sugar, salt and vinegar in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
  5. Sauce is ready.
  6. Now spread sauce on balls and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C until  color comes.
  7. Spread sauce on balls one 1-2 times.
  8. Then take it out and serve with salad leaves and lemon.

Dango is Japanese dumplings. It is prepared with chicken mince, skewed on BBQ sticks and baked. Served with sauce and vegetables.
