Egg Curry

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 3/4 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Green chili slit 1
  • Salt as required
  • Chopped tomatoes 2-3
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Curry powder 1 stick
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Fenugreek leaves as required
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Add 1 tbsp oil in pan and heat it.
  2. Add cumin and crackle it.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until it turns slightly golden.
  4. Add onions and sprinkle salt.
  5. Fry until they turn golden or transparent.
  6. Add tomatoes and fry until they turn mushy.
  7. Sprinkle red chili powder, curry powder and all spice powder and fry till mixture smells good.
